Reported Issue:

Machine misbehaving intermittently sometimes not running. Just humming sometimes not spinning or letting water out.

Diagnosis:

Tested machine in diagnostic mode and the pump worked. The agitate worked the spin worked and the lid did lock and it let in hot and cold water. Tilted machine up and saw that the cage to protect the pulley was blackened from some kind of pressure due to cookie sheet being left under the machine. Very strange

Repair:

 Removed the cookie sheet from under the machine and it worked fine
