Customer has a KRSF705HPS0 Whirlpool Refrigerator. The complaint was that the ice was not dispensing out of the door.

Upon diagnosis I saw that the coupling that connects the ice bucket to the inner door had become worn down to the point where it was just spinning metal on metal.

I replaced the coupling and its seal and now the door dispenses ice properly.
