Customers complaint was that ice would not dispense. What was happening was that the ice was backing up against the insulated flap because the motor that opens the flap was not engaging the lever.

In the picture above I’ve already adjusted the lever to be behind the motors arm. Once I did this it dispensed ice properly. I think the issue is that the tolerance between the lever and the arm is soooo small that it just slips off. I told the customer that if it happens again I’ll quote replacement of the assembly.
