That’s the bottom drawer of a Fisher Pykel dishwasher pulled out and on its side, exposing the electronics on the floor of the unit.

The hoses on a Fisher Pykel dishwasher are unusual. They are a very soft rubber and have corrugation lines on the outside. The blue on is for the lower drawer and the grey one is for the upper drawer. You can see the chew marks on the grey one in the picture. Any time the customer used the top drawer it would spray water all over the base and cause the flood detector to trip causing an F1 alarm.
